At Woodworkers.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timber and hardware purchases; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut timber and bespoke wood products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and details of the wood products or hardware you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging, including all fixings and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Send your package back to our Dublin workshop via a tracked courier service or drop it off directly at our collection desk during business hours.
Receive Your Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
